21-year-old Cinta Tort Cartró uses social media to spread the message of body-positivity through her photographs.

Stretch marks, scars, menstruation blood, small breasts, big breasts, love handles. The society has found many ways to shame a woman. But Spanish artist Cinta Tort Cartró is using colourful paint and glitter in rainbow colours to make beautiful body-positive art that talk about self-love.

21-year-old Cartró’s Instagram account – Zinteta has photographs of colourful sanitary napkins, tampons and stretch marks that are decorated in rainbow colours. “Each of us is different and, at the same time, each body is one way or another and has its own essence and energy. There are many types of bodies, just as there are many types of stretch marks,” reads one of the posts by this Barcelona-based artist.
