The fresh revelations have come after Bhanwarkuan police registered a case of blackmail and extortion against Kapil Tiwari and others following a complaint by the owner of a township.

After the case was registered, police have arrested three of Kapil’s accomplices, including a woman, identified as Ruby Shah. However, Kapil is still absconding. Bhanwarkuan town inspector (TI) Ashok Tiwari said they have received several such complaints from owners of several beauty parlours. Most of these parlours are in Bhanwarkuan and Juni while, one of them is in Saket.
