MP: More ministers turn up on second day of yoga training

The ministers' number increased on the second day of yoga training session at CM house on Tuesday.

More ministers tiurned up on the second day of yoga training session at CM house on Tuesday.

About 17 ministers and chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan were present on the second day.

The CM and his ministers practiced various Yoga Asanas and Pranayam that would be performed on International Yoga Day on June 21.

In the morning, Yoga activities, Asanas, Pranayam and Dhyan were practiced. These included Greeva and Kati Sanchalan, exercises of knees, Tadasan, Vrikshasan, Paad-Hastasan, Ardhchakrasan, Trikonasan, Bhadrasan, Ardhushtasan, Shashankasan, Chakrasan, Bhunjgasan, Shalabhasan, Makarasan, Setubandh Asan, Pawanmuktasan and Shawasan. Besides Kapalbhati, Anulom-Vilom, Bhramari Pranayam and Dhyan were also practised.

Home Minister Babulal Gaur, Women and Child Development Minister Maya Singh, Transport Minister Bhupendra Singh, Finance Minister Jayant Malaiya, Higher Education Minister Umashankar Gupta, Panchayats and Rural Development Minister Gopal Bhargava, Forest Minister Gaurishankar Shejwar, Health Minister Narottam Mishra, Public Relations and Mineral Resources Minister Rajendra Shukla, Food and Civil Supplies Minister Kunwar Vijay Shah, Agriculture Minister Gaurishankar Bisen, Revenue Minister Rampal Singh, SC, ST Development Minister Gyan Singh, Minister of State for Narmada Valley Development Lal Singh Arya, Minister of State for School Education Deepak Joshi, Minister of State for Health Sharad Jain and ACS school education SR Mohanthy participated in the Yoga practice. Training was imparted by trainers of Government Yoga Training Centre, Bhopal.
