NIA quizzes 3 on Joshi murder

National Investigating Agency officials quizzed three people including a leader Shivam Dhakad on Friday in Dewas district. According to the sources, the three-member team of NIA including SP NIA Vishal Garg quizzed the three persons in circuit house of the district.

National Investigating Agency officials quizzed three people including a leader Shivam Dhakad on Friday in Dewas district. According to the sources, the three-member team of NIA including SP NIA Vishal Garg quizzed the three persons in circuit house of the district. The names of other two persons not surfaced till the news last came in.

Sources said that among them was an advocate. The quizzing started at about 1 pm and ended at around 4 pm. Sources also claimed the NIA team quizzing was related to Sunil Joshi murder and blasts.

Dhakad is an accused in a sarpanch’s murder and is out on bail. He was earlier quizzed by NIA in which he had reportedly told the NIA officials that he had gone to Kolkata in 2005 and had done a reconnaissance of Justice UC Banerjee’s house. Notably, Banrejee was heading a commission on the Godhra riots and Dhakad was planning to kill the judge.
