Sonam Kapoor’s mehendi was as classy as the stylish star herself. The venue was decked up with white bunting, white flowers and white furniture and the Bollywood stars – Sonam and Anil Kapoor’s friends and family – kept to the pristine theme. There was a dash of colour (thank you Shilpa Shetty and Arjun Kapoor) but the others like cousins Janhvi Kapoor, Khushi Kapoor, Shanaya Kapoor, Varun Dhawan, Swara Bhasker and Karisma Kapoor were all dressed in white.

Sonam will marry Anand in a private ceremony on Tuesday. The couple announced their wedding in a joint statement earlier this month after weeks of speculation.“The Kapoor and Ahuja families take great joy and pride, in announcing the marriage of Sonam and Anand. The wedding will take place on the May 8 in Mumbai. Since it is an intimate affair, we request you to respect the family’s need for privacy. Thank you for all your blessings and love as we celebrate this special moment in our lives,” they said.
