Aamir Khan supports the film, Shahid

Actor-producer Aamir Khan, who saw the trailer of Hansal Mehta’s Shahid, has decided to support the film and has posted the trailer on his official Facebook page.
“Hey guys, check out this trailer. I saw the promo and really liked it. Its of a film called Shahid and its directed by Hansal Mehta. Raj Kumar (Yadav, the lead actor in the film) seems to be doing some good work. Love. A,” wrote the actor. Aamir and Yadav shared screenspace in the film, Talaash.
Aamir is not the only Khan who is interested in the film. According to reports, Salman, too, wanted to present the film but date issues couldn’t let that happen. The actor recently watched the watched the movie and really liked it.
Not just Sallu, his father Salim Khan, too, enjoyed the film. However, considering the actor is involved with his film, Azad, right now, he couldn’t take on the role of the presenter of the movie.

Shahid is surely a film to watch out for and with people like Aamir supporting the film, it will give the film that has been acclaimed the world over, the attention it thoroughly deserves,” said Shikha Kapur, executive director, of the production house Starring Raj Kumar, the film is based on the true story of human rights activist and lawyer Shahid Azmi, who was killed in 2010 by unidentified assailants in his office.
