Amy isn’t a big fan of Krushna’s comedy, here’s why she ditched the show

Recently, when the team of Freaky Ali visited the sets of Comedy Nights Live for promoting the film, actor Amy Jackson was missing. While director Sohail Khan,actors Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Arbaaz Khan were present, the film’s heroine was nowhere to be seen. It is now revealed that Krushna’s sense of humour is to be blamed for Amy’s absence!

If you are wondering why actor Amy Jackson didn’t accompany Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Arbaaz Khan, her co-stars from director Sohail Khan’s forthcoming film Freaky Ali, for a promotional appearance on the sets of Comedy Nights Bachao this weekend, here’s a shocker. Amy, we are told, isn’t a big fan of the show’s host Krushna’s brand of humour.

A DNA report quoted Sohail as saying, “Wonderful girl that Amy is, she does have a problem with the kind of humour Krushna Abhishek subjects his guests to, on Comedy Night Bachao.”

The director also told DNA, “Also, her Hindi is not up to the mark.”

Hindustan Times could not independently verify the report.

Freaky Ali is slated to hit theatres on September 9.
