Mira Rajput Kapoor’s baby shower had Janhvi Kapoor, Ishaan Khatter and many other Bollywood celebs but Shahid Kapoor had eyes only for his wife.

Shahid Kapoor hosted a baby shower for wife Mira Rajput on Sunday at their Mumbai home and we can’t stop looking at the adorable couple and their PDA. The mommy-to-be – looking beautiful in a polka dotted dress and glowing to boot – was the cynosure of all eyes but one man who could not take his eyes off her was husband Shahid.

The couple could be seen cutting a cake and interacting with each other but they really had eyes only for each other. Shahid looked good in a black shirt that he paired with denims and was there with his wife in almost all photos. Among the guest of honour at the do was the couple’s daughter Misha, who had earlier announced her parents’ pregnancy by posing adorably in a photo. Shahid’s half-brother Ishaan Khatter also came to Mira Rajput’s baby shower with his Dhadak co-star Janhvi Kapoor.

Filmmaker Abhishek Kapoor’s wife Pragya, who is also pregnant with their second child, was also there with her friends. Chef Shilarna Vaze was there at the Mira Kapoor baby shower too. “From birthday brunches to Misha’s first birthday to baby showers for the new, it’s been so lovely to cook for you! Blessings all the way for baby number 2,” she captioned a photo from the party.

Last week, Mira was asked a question about the gender of the baby on Instagram stories. A user asked, “This time boy or girl?” to which she replied, “Don’t know and doesn’t matter.”

Shahid and Mira got married in 2015. They announced their second pregnancy in April this year. Talking about announcing the pregnancy, Shahid said it was Mira’s wish, “I am very happy. We just felt like sharing it with everybody. Mira said she wanted to put it on Instagram, and I felt the photograph was really cute. So, it was a spontaneous decision and it just happened.”

Shahid will soon be seen in Batti Gul Meter Chalu with Shraddha Kapoor and Arjun Reddy remake. His last film was the blockbuster, Padmaavat, with Deepika Padukone.
