The song features Malaika Aora Khan, Salman Khan and Sonu Sood. The court sent notice to producer Arbaaz Khan and director Abhinav Kashyap after a Mumbai-based activist Rajkumar Tak filed a compaint.

According to Tak’s petition, the vulgar item song shows one Munni dancing indecently surrounded by anti-social elements and one corrupt police officer who is in uniform. The controversial words that baffled him were Leh Hindustan hui darling tere liye….

Makers of the film however say the petition was filed with an ‘ulterior motive and deserves to be rejected.
