Here’s a list of celeb alumni from Delhi University.

So probably you’ve already been to your college orientation and have also checked out your college campus (and in all probability, you know all the spots around it). But do you know the list of celebs, who have walked those very halls, which is going to be your second home now?

Delhi University (DU) has been the breeding ground for many celebrities — each college boasts of a list of its own. Here are the names that you can flaunt, the next time you introduce yourself as a student of DU.

Be it the Shahenshah of Bollywood, Amitabh Bachchan or the ever melodious KK, alumni of KMC have made it big in Bollywood. The list of celebs from this college includes filmmaker Kabir Khan, actors Kulbhushan Kharbanda, Satish Kaushik, Sushant Singh, Vijay Raaz, and singer Sanam Puri.

Known for its immense talent, the college’s list of celebs includes some big authors, actors and cricketers such as Amitav Ghosh, Konkona Sen Sharma, Khushwant Singh, Shekhar Kapur, Kabir Bedi, Richa Chadha and Unmukt Chand.

Student of the Year or not, Shaheed Bhagat Singh College surely produced a Bollywood star in Sidharth Malhotra, who constantly manages to impress us with his choice of movies.

From King of Romance, Shah Rukh Khan to filmmaker Anurag Kashyap — alumni of this college need no introduction. Some of the famous alumni are singer Palash Sen, filmmaker Abhinav Kashyap, actors Pavan Malhotra, Rannvijay Singh, Kushal Tandon, Rohan Mehra, Shiney Ahuja, and musician Susmit Sen.

When it comes to celeb presence, Hindu College isn’t far behind. The college’s list of famous alumni includes legendary Manoj Kumar, filmmakers Imtiaz Ali, Vishal Bhardwaj, actors Arjun Rampal, Saqib Saleem, Jimmy Shergill, Tisca Chopra, Tahir Raj Bhasin, cricketers Gautam Gambhir and Ajay Jadeja, singer Jasleen Royal and comedienne Mallika Dua.

Filmmaker Vikas Bahl and Prakash Jha, singer Papon and other celebs such as actors Manoj Bajpayee, Rahul Roy, Shekhar Suman, and Pravesh Rana are some of the names that have graduated from Ramjas College.

Along with their legacy of being one of the leading women’s colleges in DU, Lady Shri Ram College for Women (LSR) also boasts of a list of popular names. Celeb interior designer Gauri Khan, actors Aditi Rao Hydari, Shriya Saran, Sakshi Tanwar, Lillete Dubey, and singer Shibani Kashyap are some of the celebs who have studied here.

LSR might have its big names but Miranda House easily trumps them with it’s own league of stars.
