Family comes first for Aamir Khan

Recently, at the success bash for Aamir Khan’s last release, his ex-wife Reena Dutta and wife Kiran Rao, raised a toast to him, along with the rest of his family.

Aamir Khan’s ex-wife, Reena Dutta, has been closely associated with the actor’s family, even after the couple divorced in 2002. In fact, she also shares an amicable relationship with his wife, Kiran Rao. Recently, the two ladies were present at a party, which was organised to celebrate the success of Aamir’s 2014 film in China. Many of Aamir’s family members also went the extra mile to attend the do.

An insider says, “Almost the entire cast and crew of the film, along with their friends and family members, got together for the celebration. Aamir’s entire family was present too. The actor’s mother, Zeenat Hussain, his daughter Ira, son Junaid (who flew down from the US), his sisters, Nikhat and Farhat (who came down from Pune and the US respectively), cousin Nuzhat, his nephew Imran Khan and his wife, Avantika Malik Khan, were present at the party to share his moment of glory. In fact, they all even raised a toast for him.”

Moreover, we’re told that at the do, the entire family was mainly spending time with each other. The insider adds, “They all sat on the same table for dinner, and chatted for hours. The party went on till the wee hours of the morning. In fact, even after most of the guests had left, Aamir and his family members stayed back, and were the last ones to leave.”
