Preeti Desai, who became the first British Indian woman to win the title of Miss Great Britain, is set to make her Bollywood debut in Balaji Telefilms’ Shor In The City — all thanks to Shah Rukh Khan.
Sources suggest, that Desai considered coming down to India to give acting a shot, because SRK suggested her so. Apparently SRK knows a family friend of Desai, through whom he met her. He also recommended that she joins Anupam Kher’s acting classes.
