Delhi building collapse LIVE: An NDRF official, on condition of anonymity, said that the biggest challenge they are facing is removing the lanters. "The lanterns have fallen as big blocks onto the debris. They are being removed using the cranes, which is taking time. People are trapped underneath," he said.
