Janhvi Kapoor joins Ishaan Khatter’s family including Shahid at a film screening. See pics inside

Janhvi Kapoor was spotted bonding with Ishaan Khatter’s family including his brother, actor Shahid Kapoor and his wife Mira Rajput alongwith their mother actor Neelima Azeem, at the screening on his first film, Beyond the Clouds.

Sridevi’s pretty daughter Janhvi Kapoor, who is making her Bollywood debut in Karan Johar’s Dhadak, was seen bonding with co-star Ishaan Khatter’s family including brother Shahid Kapoor, Mira Rajput Kapoor and Ishaan’s mother Neelima Azeem.

Ishaan Khatter will be soon be seen in Dhadak, the Hindi remake of Marathi hit film, Sairat.

All of them were at the screening of Ishaan’s first feature, Beyond the Clouds, directed by ace Iranian director Majid Majidi.

Sharing the picture, Manav Manglani wrote: “Big Moment for Ishaan Khattar as his family alongwith Janhvi Kapoor watches his debut movie #beyondtheclouds in Mumbai.”

Beyond the Clouds, which stars Ishaan Khatter and Malavika Mohanan in the lead, is “an unsubtle but impassioned Mumbai melodrama” as Variety puts it.

Earlier in November, Ishaan was named the Best Actor for Beyond The Clouds at the International Bosphorus Film Festival in Turkey. The actor dedicated the accolade to his mother and actor Neelima Azeem and Iranian filmmaker Majid Majidi.

Meanwhile, his Bollywood film Dhadak is based hit Marathi film of 2016 called Sairat, a love story between lower caste boy and an upper caste girl. The film went on to make history, picking up an estimated Rs 110 crore on the box office globally. Sairat was directed by Nagraj Manjule.

Some portions of Dhadak, directed by Shashank Khaitan, were shot in Rajasthan.
