Kangana Ranaut has spoken about making a film, and the actor even enrolled at the New York Film Academy for a two-month-long course in screenplay writing. And now, we have learned that she has taken a break to work on her script.

Kangana Ranaut

is in Switzerland currently. The first draft of a script that she was working on is ready. So, to develop the storyline further, she decided to fly away from India and focus completely on her idea. She knows that it won’t be possible if she tried to work on her script while living in Mumbai," says an insider close to the actor.

Apparently, Kangana left a couple of days ago and is likely to be back later this month. "There are too many distractions in Mumbai, since she has many films and other commitments to take care of. A number of film-makers are also trying to reach her for narrations and film offers. She wouldn’t have been able to concentrate on her script and that’s why she has cut herself off," adds the insider.

We have also heard that after reaching Switzerland, Kangana switched off her cell phone to avoid calls that might distract her.

Apparently, she also plans to change her number once she is back. Since she took a break from her course to promote her film, completing it is also high on her priority list.

While Kangana couldn’t be reached for comment, her sister Rangoli confirmed that the actor is in Switzerland.
