Katrina Kaif loses sleep over Bang Bang

A lot of films that Katrina Kaif has done in the recent past — like Ek Tha Tiger (2011) and Dhoom:3 (2013) — have required her to work on her physical strength.
And for the next few months, the actor will continue to hit the gym as she will be shooting some of her own stunts for her upcoming action film
that is being directed by Siddharth Anand.
But since her ongoing shooting schedule is hectic,
hasn’t been able to make enough time for workouts. So, in order to accommodate some extra hours at the gym, she has been cutting down on her sleep.
A source close to her reveals, "Her work usually begins at 6 am, as the director is shooting major portions in Delhi in broad daylight. Since the days are shorter right now, he has been starting early. But even then, Katrina’s work doesn’t end until late into the night. As a result, she hasn’t been able to concentrate on her workout routine."
Within the first week of the shooting schedule, Katrina came up with a solution. "She figured that the only way she could make more time was by waking up earlier. So she has now started working out at 4 am, because, by the end of the day, she’s usually too exhausted and doesn’t want to physically exert herself any further. She keeps taking naps whenever she has a break during the shoot to make up for the lack of sleep," says the source.
Although Katrina remained unavailable for comment, her spokesperson confirmed the news.
