The shooting of Salman Khan and Sonakshi Sinha-starrer Kick will now take place in South Korea, instead of Japan.

Confirming the same, producer Sajid Nadiadwala was quoted as saying, “We were to shoot in Japan. But because of the earthquake and subsequent nuclear dangers, we decided to shoot in Korea instead. I am disappointed we can't shoot in Japan as we wanted to shoot a major action sequence in Tokyo Square. However, the South Korean tourism board has been very kind to us.”

Interestingly, the film will be shot in places like Jeju Island, Gyeongbogung Palace, Yongduam Rock, Hallasan Mountain, Hyeopjae Beach and Soingook Miniature theme park in Korea.
