Actor Neil Nitin Mukesh, who will be seen in Players and Pocketmaar, has bagged another film, Shortcut Romeo. The film is the remake of Tamil film Thiruttu Payale and stars Ameesha Patel as the leading lady.

"Took test early morning for the next film! Shortcut Romeo. The homework we got to do, reminds me of school! But then school wasn't fun," Neil tweeted.

The 29-year-old, grandson of the legendary singer Mukesh, shot to fame with his 2007 film Johnny Gaddaar and since has done movies like New York, Lafangey Parindey, Tera Kya Hoga Johnny, and 7 Khoon Maaf.



Neil will soon be seen in action thriller Players, official remake of Hollywood movie Italian Job, with Bobby Deol, Abhishek Bachchan, Bipasha Basu and Sonam Kapoor which is set to hit the theatres on December 23.
