Sameera Reddy is pretty disappointed these days. Reason: She was all set to shoot for her much-talked about item song in Priyadarshan’s action-thriller Tezz, which was supposedly going to be choreographed by Farah Khan, who happens to be a dear friend of the director. She was apparently approached first but due to her prior commitments, she had to opt out.

Sameera was extremely excited when Priyadarshan had mentioned to her that Farah would be directing the number. But now, the actor is quite upset for not being able to work the choreographer. Farah, though, has just choreographed a couple of songs for her husband Shirish Kunder’s Joker, and brother Sajid’s Housefull 2. Sameera says, “It would have been great if Farah had done it. She is fabulous. But you can’t control certain things.”

Farah is currently busy with her acting debut, Shirin Farhad Ki Nikal Padi, directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s sister Bela Sehgal. The film goes on floors next month.

The mother of triplets has apparently lost oodles of weight to fit into the character of a middle-aged woman. Film also toplines Boman Irani.
