Asin says, “Right now, I have not signed any south movie because Housefull 2 has taken up most of my dates and I couldn’t accommodate anything else.” But the actor maintains that she hasn’t prioritised one film industry over the other. She says, “I have no strategy to concentrate on any one language.”

The actor, however, admits to having a busy schedule for the next two months. First, she will be shooting for Sajid Khan’s Housefull 2, where she is paired with Akshay Kumar and later she is slated to romance Shah Rukh Khan in Vishal Bhardwaj’s cinematic interpretation of Chetan Bhagat’s book, 2 States: The Story of my Marriage.

For Housefull 2, Asin has been working out to get a toned body. She says, “Sajid is very particular about his actor’s looks in his films. He wanted me to be more toned because I will be wearing western clothes in the film.” She adds that when one is paired with the fitness conscious Akshay, one better look fit and toned.

Looking forward to working with Khiladi Kumar, Asin says, “I have heard Akshay is extremely professional and punctual. The fact that he starts early and packs up by evening is wonderful as I too am used to that style of shooting.” She adds, “I have heard that he is a prankster and am looking forward to have fun on the sets.” Asin is also upbeat about working with Sajid Khan, who she feels has a “weird and wacky” sense of humour. Besides Asin and Akshay, the cast of Housefull 2 includes Rishi Kapoor, John Abraham, Riteish Deshmukh and Jacqueline Fernandes.

While the actor doesn’t shy away from any questions regarding her films, she refuses to give away anything on her personal life. She says, “There is no one in my life right now. I have to find the right man to be hitched and I don’t see it happening anytime soon since I am concentrating on my career.”
