Work has officially begun on director Shonali Bose’s The Sky is Pink. Roy Kapur Pictures shared images of actors Priyanka Chopra, Zaira Wasim and Farhan Akhtar heading towards the sets.

Based on the life of Aisha Chaudhary, who became a motivational speaker after being diagnosed with an immune deficiency disorder at the age of 13, the movie will be produced by Siddharth Roy Kapur under his home banner Roy Kapur Films.
The production house's official Instagram page shared several pictures of the stars arriving at a studio for preparations.

They shared a candid snap of Priyanka walking towards the sets and wrote, "And she is back! @priyankachopra Exciting times ahead"
They also posted a photo of Farhan, saying, "Ready to roll!! @faroutakhtar." The page also posted a photo of Zaira, captioning it as, "The beginning of a beautiful journey... @zairawasim."
Meanwhile, the Quantico star will also be seen in Bharat opposite Salman Khan. Priyanka is reportedly being paid ₹6.5 crore for the role, which makes her the third-highest paid female actor in Bollywood behind Deepika Padukone’s ₹12 crore and Kangana Ranaut’s ₹11 crore.
