Ranveer Singh decided to get the party started before he and his crew could even land on the ground. Here is Ranveer’s Simbaa dance-off.

Ranveer Singh has wrapped up the first shoot schedule for Rohit Shetty’s Simmba and he celebrated the day with a dance-off against the director’s assistant -- all aboard a plane. In a video shared by his fan pages on social media, the actor can be seen in his usual energetic mood as he dances to Dekh Chhori Ko.

A moustached Ranveer is seen in a fancy red jacket, dancing in the aisle area of an airplane with his crew members while his amused director looks on. It is not hard to fathom why Baba -- as Ranveer is called fonly by buddy Arjun Kapoor -- is a favourite of cast and crew alike.

Even to the Simmba dance-off, he brings the same energy and larger-than-life aura. The Padmaavat star plays the role of a police inspector, Sangram Bhalerao in the film. Earlier, Ranveer brought the same intensity and fun to Gully Boy wrap.

One of the team members took to Instagram and announced the same, writing, “And it’s a wrap!! What an incredible first schedule!! So many beautiful memories...New friends! and an end result which is already beyond words! Can’t wait to share this journey with everyone #simmba #28december.”

The film, a remake of 2015 Telugu blockbuster Temper, will mark the debut of Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh’s daughter Sara Ali Khan.

It also stars Sonu Sood in the lead. Produced by Karan Johar, the flick will hit the big screens on December 28 this year.
