“Adopting animals is a noble cause and people should do it. Especially now that summers have come, animals need a sheltered place to stay,” says Chadha, who has been part of films such as Fukrey (2013), Masaan (2015) and Chalk n Duster (2016).
“Richa had adopted a Persian cat and loves to play with her. She always had a soft corner for animals and feels bad if they are in a bad shape. When she met Kamali for the first time, she immediately decided to bring her home. She is actively involved with organizations which work towards providing a better life to animals,” says a source.
