Robot 2.0: Amy Jackson to perform action stunts in the Rajinikanth- starrer

Bollywood actor Amy Jackson is learning Kalaripayattu to prepare for the action sequences in the film.

“Amy will soon start working on the next schedule of the film. This one will involve a lot of high-octane action sequences. The actor plans to perform most of the stunts on her own. Amy has also hired a specialist to train her in Kalaripayattu. She will attend a special two-week workshop in the martial art form before the shoot begins. The trainer will also be present on the sets during the shoot,” says a source.

Apparently, Amy has advised her stylist to make her costumes for the film a little more comfortable, so that she can perform the action scenes with ease.

When contacted, she said, “I’m someone who gets bored with regular fitness routines. Since I have to perform a few stunts in my next movie, I got the chance to learn something new and work hard on my flexibility. I have seen Kalaripayattu artistes perform in the past, when I was shooting for a few other films. The martial art form is truly spectacular.”
