Salman Khan topples Aamir's record, Kick enters Rs 200-crore club

3 Idiots was the biggest hit in the Indian market with Rs 202.46 crore in its kitty. By Tuesday, Kick had earned Rs 203.19 crore.

This is also Salman's biggest hit in the domestic market. With Kick, Salman's tally of hits (read film in Rs 100-crore club) has reached seven -- Ek Tha Tiger, Dabangg 2, Bodyguard, Dabangg, Ready, and Jai Ho being the other six.
The film crossed the Rs 100-crore mark within four days of its release. Kick went on to collect Rs 164.09 crore net over the first week.
By the end of this weekend, the film had also earned about Rs 53 crore in the international market.
Kick, which also features Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Jacqueline Fernandes, Nargis Fakhri and Mithun Chakraborty, made record opening collections of Rs 26.4 crore -- the highest this year. The other big hits this year are Salman's Jai Ho (app Rs 107 crore) and Akshay Kumar's Holiday: A Soldier is Never Off Duty (app Rs 112 crore).
