Agneepath had a record opening day collection it grossed Rs 25 crore on the first day and surpassed the collections of recent blockbusters like Bodyguard and RA.One.

A remake of the 1990 movie of the same name in which megastar Amitabh Bachchan had played the protagonist, the new Agneepath has been directed by Karan Malhotra and produced by Karan Johar. It stars Hrithik Roshan, Sanjay Dutt, Priyanka Chopra and Rishi Kapoor playing pivotal roles.
