Sridevi attends Russia premiere of Mom with daughter Khushi as Janhvi shoots for Dhadak. See pics

Sridevi was accompanied by husband Boney Kapoor and her daughter Khushi.

Sridevi, who was seen in a rather heroic role in Ravi Udyawar’s Mom, is currently in Russia for the premiere of her film that also starred Akshaye Khanna and Nawazuddin Siddiqui.

The film premiered at a theatre packed with an audience of 400, including Russian delegates and cinema aficionados.

Sridevi was accompanied by husband Boney Kapoor and her daughter Khushi. Her elder daughter Janhvi is shooting for her debut, Dhadak, along with Ishaan Khattar. The film is produced by Karan Johar.

The film got a good response at the premier. “It was overwhelming to witness the audience’s reaction to the film. It felt like I was watching it for the first time because there was so much energy in the room,” Sridevi said in a statement.

Mon is a revenge saga where Sridevi plays the protagonist, a woman who shares a troubled relationship with her daughter. However, faced with a calamity, she finds the courage to avenge her daughter and also win her love. The film hit theatres in India on July 7 and collected Rs 64 crore at the box office.
