Taapsee Pannu’s new fitness mantra is hydropower fitness technique
Actor Taapsee Pannu, who was last seen in Akshay Kumar starrer Naam Shabana, has got hooked to this new fitness technique that requires one to work out in water.
Taapsee Pannu is very particular about her workout regimen and staying in shape. Her fitness schedule for her last venture, filmmaker Neeraj Pandey’s Naam Shabana, grabbed many eyeballs and was the hottest talk of the town. Taapsee, who is always on a lookout for new ways to stay fit, doesn’t really enjoy hitting the gym, and she has developed keen interest in hydropower fitness technique (water workout).

While shooting for her next film in London, a friend introduced Taapsee to the technique that involves working out in water. This high endurance work out helps in making the body tougher.

Talking about it, the actor says, “I don’t like going to the gym too much and always like to experiment with new ways to stay fit. I came across this form of exercise, which is extremely good for your cardiovascular stamina, strength and flexibility. It helps one rehabilitate healing muscles and joints.”
Taapsee liked this new technique so much that she is continued practising it in Mumbai also. Though the technique is not popular in the city, the actor managed to find a place, the technique is taught and is equipped with the required machinery. “I somehow found a place in Mumbai where I can practice hydropower. Though it’s a very small-scale set up but I am glad that I could pursue it further,” added Taapsee, who has done films such as Baby (2015), Pink (2016), Running Shaadi (2017) and The Ghazi Attack (2017). The actor would next be seen in Judwaa 2, alongside Varun Dhawan and Jacqueline Fernandez.
