Tarzan-The Wonder Car to have sequel

Box-office disaster of 2004, Tarzan-The Wonder Car, will have a sequel starring Purab Kohli, Neha Dhupia, Boman Irani, Gul Panag and Irrfan Khan.

Box-office disaster of 2004, Tarzan-The Wonder Car, will have a sequel, which will hit theatres next year. Like in the previous film, Dilip Chabria has been handed the responsibility of building the custom-made car for the film. Says Chabria, “The entire script revolves around the car. The car I have designed is electric powered and not built from any current model.”

Purab Kohli, Neha Dhupia, Boman Irani, Gul Panag and Irrfan Khan are in talks to star in the movie, which will be targeted at youngsters.

Adds Chhabria, “Ajay Acharya (film’s producer) felt that our young audience is increasingly excited about special cars they see in international movies. We dreamt of a car that would shock the world.”

Chabria confirms that there are three models that he will design for the film, and one has already been built. Rs 3.5 crore will be spent on the cars. Child artist Amay Pandya will play the film’s lead. The film will be shot in London.
