Now for the controversy surrounding the other woman in Jism 2 — Nathalia Kaur, who is part of the infamous wet-sheet poster. Barely days after actor Kareena Kapoor’s Heroine poster ran into trouble for being similar to singer Mariah Carey’s promotional photos for her album, Nathalia’s poster has been accused of being copied from Goa-based designer Felix Bandesh’s 2008 fashion photoshoot.

A report in gossip blog Missmalini.com said the original picture was clicked by Mumbai photographer Kenny Zaveri for Bandesh. Zaveri is disappointed. He says, “The concept and shoot was done by me. This poster is identical! It is Felix’s decision if he wants to take any action as he is free to do so. My shot is his property.” Felix, however, plans no legal action as he says they forgot to copyright it, as is taking it as a lesson for the future.

The film’s director, Pooja Bhatt, is unfazed. “This poster has been in the public domain for long. So why all this now? I’m glad because it goes to show that everyone wants a piece of the film. This designer is Goa based and I know Goa is laidback. But this laidback?”
