Tubelight: Watch Salman Khan, Sohail dance in new song Naach meri jaan

Naach meri jaan, the new song from Salman and Sohail Khan’s Tubelight, is composed by Pritam. The song shows how close they are in life before Sohail leaves to participate in the Indo-China war of 1962.

Salman Khan’s Tubelight, the star’s Eid release this year, is setting new standards in film marketing. If the buzz around the film is anything to go by, it could well be one of 2017’s biggest blockbusters, even threatening to take the limelight away from SS Rajamouli’s Baahubahli.

Salman Khan would aim to break Baahubali 2’s box office records with Tubelight.

On Thursday, Salman tweeted a new song from the film and it is already a rage.

Titled Naach meri jaan, the song is an ode to the love between the two siblings, Salman and Sohail. Composed by Pritam, the song shows how close they are in life before Sohail leaves to participate in a war.

Written by Amitabh Bhattacharya, it works mostly because of its simple lyrics and catchy tune. Also it sets a distinct mood.

Salman adds his touch to the song by showing off his dancing skills. Some of his signature moves have been modified into less obvious steps.

Directed by Kabir Khan, Tubelight will also feature Chinese actor Zhu Zhu and late actor Om Puri.
