Popular TV host Ellen DeGeneres is preparing an interior design book to be released next year. The book, called Home, will feature many tips from the host of The Ellen DeGeneres Show about creating dream homes.

Popular TV host Ellen DeGeneres is preparing an interior design book to be released next year.

The book, called Home, will feature many tips from the host of The Ellen DeGeneres Show about creating dream homes, reported Ace Showbiz.

"A lot of people don't know that I have a passion for interior design, so I'm excited to be releasing this book," DeGeneres said in a statement.

"I'm inspired by art and nature and architecture. Now everybody can see how things come together inside my home and in some of my favourite places. It's called 'Home' because you know what they say, 'Home is where the books are about interior design'," DeGeneres added.

This won't be DeGeneres' first experience writing books. She previously penned three books on life experience.
