author Salman Rushdie is the Chair of the World Voices Festival, that is part of the 6th annual PEN World Voices Festival of International Literature on in New York till May 2. Organised by International PEN, an association of writers from over 100 countries, the festival has 150 authors from 40 countries in attendance.
