It has already started using RELIANCE as the mother brand in the groups internal communications.

It will be stylistically different from Mukesh Ambani’s Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL). Unlike RIL, in all Anil Ambani promoted firms RELIANCE is written in capital letters.

The company’s spokesperson declined to comment. The design change has been done by Singapore-based Bonsey Design.

The group is among the country’s top three private conglomerates on all major financial parameters, with a market capitalisation of R325,000 crore ($81 billion), net assets in excess of R115,000 crore ($29 billion), and net worth of R55,000 crore.

Its group companies include Reliance Communications, Reliance Capital, Reliance Infrastructure,Reliance Power and Reliance Big Entertainment among others.
