Cantabil Retail appoints new CFO

Delhi based apparel retailer Cantabil Retail India today said it has appointed Abani Kant Jha as Chief Financial Officer with effect from July 4, 2011.

Delhi based apparel retailer Cantabil Retail India Saturday said it has appointed Abani Kant Jha as Chief Financial Officer with effect from July 4, 2011.

Jha will take over from Sunil Chopra, who resigned from the post with effect from March 10, 2011 citing personal reasons, the company said in a filing to the BSE.

Cantabil's new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer Rekha Grover will also join the company from tomorrow.

Grover will replace Poonam Chahal who will quit the company with effect from July 16, 2011.

The company's scrip closed at Rs 31.65, down 0.78% from the previous close on the BSE.
