CII releases book on Doha Development Agenda

CII has released a book 'Doha Development Agenda: A Global View' which looks into the prospects of the much debated Doha Round.

Ahead of the WTO Ministerial meeting at Cancun, CII has released a book 'Doha Development Agenda: A Global View' which looks into the prospects of the much debated Doha Round.

Copies of the book edited by senior CII advisor TK Bhaumik were presented to Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee and Commerce and Industry Minister Arun Jaitley on Thursday night by CII president Anand Mahindra.

The book contains various viewpoints of thinkers and WTO experts including that of European Trade Commissioner Pascal Lamy, Jaitley, UK Secretary of State for Trade and Industry Patricia Hewitt, Australian Trade Minister Mark Vaile and New Zealand Trade Minister Jim Sutton, a CII release said on Friday.
