HDFC quarter 3 net shoots 23%
In line with the revival of the real estate sector, Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd (HDFC) has reported 23 per cent growth in third quarter net profit at Rs 671.3 crore against Rs 546.8 crore in the same period of previous year.

In line with the revival of the real estate sector, Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd (HDFC) has reported 23 per cent growth in third quarter net profit at Rs 671.3 crore against Rs 546.8 crore in the same period of previous year.
Income from operations dipped to Rs 2,762.21 crore against Rs 2,919.62 crore in 2008, down 7 per cent.
HDFC shares closed at Rs 2524, up 0.55 per cent on the BSE on Wednesday.
