Reliance launches broadband service for Rs 2,299 in Punjab

Anil Ambani group firm Reliance Communications today announced the rollout of its wireless broadband service (Netconnect Broadband Plus) in Ludhiana for Rs 2,299.

Anil Ambani group firm Reliance Communications on Friday announced the rollout of its wireless broadband service (Netconnect Broadband Plus) in Ludhiana for Rs 2,299.

"The launch of Netconnect Broadband Plus will significantly enhance the broadband coverage in Punjab and make broadband Internet easily available," Arvind Kumar, Hub Head for Punjab, Haryana, HP and J&K circles, RComm said in a statement in Chandigarh.

Besides offering modem at Rs 2,299, the company also has monthly subscription plans starting from Rs 299, it said.
