16 PPS officers transferred

The Punjab government has issued posting and transfer orders of 16 Punjab Police Services (PPS) officers in the state with immediate effect.

The Punjab government has issued posting and transfer orders of 16 Punjab Police Services (PPS) officers in the state with immediate effect.

A spokesman of Punjab government said that SP Shawinder Singh Sandhu has been posted as ADCP Crime, Amritsar City; SP Kashmir Singh posted as ADCP (H) Amritsar; and SP Amrik Singh Pawar posted as ADCP-II Amritsar City.

SP Lakhbir Singh has been posted as ADCP-I Amritsar; SP Jasdeep Singh posted as SP (D) Amritsar Rural; SP Manmohan Singh as SP (H) Amritsar Rural; SP Harmandir Singh posted as SP Telecommunication, Chandigarh; and SP Harkamalpreet Singh Khakh posted as SP Phagwara.

SP Shamsher Singh Boparai has been posted as SP (H) Patiala; SP Gautam Singal posted as SP/CM Security; SP Parampal Singh posted as SP/CM Security; SP Harinderjit Singh posted as Commandant 7th IRB Kapurthala; and SP Lakhwinder Singh posted as ADCP Crime Jalandhar.

SP Mohan Lal has been posted as SP(H) Batala; SP Bhupinder Singh Sidhu posted as ADCP-II Ludhiana; and SP Kamaljit Singh posted as Commandant III IRB, Ludhiana.
