The IAS officers who have been given the fresh portfolios are Balwinder Singh Multani, special secretary, school education; Bhawna Garg, special secretary, planning and non- conventional energy; and Harbhupinder Singh, special secretary, medical education and research.
Power and irrigation secretary Anirudh Tewari has been given additional charge of non-conventional energy.
The PCS officers with the new portfolios are GS Ghuman, land acquisition collector, in addition to additional director in the industries department, and Pooja Syal, executive magistrate, Patiala.
