Attri takes over as DG (audit)

Ashwini Attri, a 1981-batch officer of the Indian Audit and Accounts Services (IAAS), has taken over as director general of audit (central) in the office of Director General of Audit (Central), Chandigarh.
The office has jurisdiction over the audit of all receipts and expenditure of all central government offices (including autonomous bodies) located in Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and Chandigarh.
