Badal to meet PM over Bhullar's hanging
Punjab chief minister Parkash Singh Badal and deputy chief minister Sukhbir Singh Badal will meet Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and union home minister Sushilkumar Shinde on Monday to commute Bhullar's death sentence to life imprisonment.
