The Shimlapuri police have registered a case of attempt to murder against the accused and nabbed six of them. Manjeet Kumar, owner of the bar, and friend Satpal Sharma have been admitted to CMC.

Shiv Kumar, son of Manjeet, said two miscreants came to the bar and had liquor. While clearing the bill, they paid Rs 10 less. When confronted, they beat up his father and with the help of their associates cut off his hand, Shiv said.
