He said police and army launched an operation at Balkul Zaloora forest in Sopore in north Kashmir following a tip-off about a militant hideout.

During the operation, the hideout was unearthed and a large cache of arms and ammunition, including one AK-47 rifle, one shotgun with magazine, two pistols, two UBGL and four magazines were seized.However, no one was arrested.
