Hry issue norms for affiliation of AICTE approved colleges

Haryana Technical Education Department has decided that none of the colleges, institutions, approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) or Council of Architecture (COA) or any other Statutory Council, offering technical courses located in the State would be allowed to seek affiliation from a university situated outside Haryana.

Stating this today, a spokesman for the Department said that this decision has been taken keeping in view the decisions mentioned in the judgment of Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi and instructions and guidelines issued by University Grants Commission.
