MC removes encroachments from industrial area Phase-1
The enforcement wing of the municipal corporation on Tuesday conducted an encroachment drive and removed encroachments from Industrial Phase-1, Sectors 17, 19 and 22. The MC team challaned 100 violators.
The enforcement wing of the municipal corporation on Tuesday conducted an encroachment drive and removed encroachments from Industrial Phase-1, Sectors 17, 19 and 22. The MC team challaned 100 violators.
During the course of the drive dumped material including heavy iron sheets, iron pools etc. were found scattered. The enforcement staff seized all the material from the site with the help of loaders and issued 40 challans to the encroachers.
In addition to that the team seized various items including rehari pharis including cylinders, plastic chairs, tables, counters, etc. from Sector 17, 19 and 22 and issued 60 challans to the encroachers. The drive was carried under the supervision of superintendent Kashmira Singh and sub-inspectors of MC's enforcement wing.
