PSPCL to create online call centers in 47 towns
Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL) will create centralised electricity call centres (ECCs) in 47 towns and customer care centres (CCCs) in six districts.

Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL) will create centralised electricity call centres (ECCs) in 47 towns and customer care centres (CCCs) in six districts.
Chief minister Parkash Singh Badal has directed the PSPCL authorities to build the call centres across the state for prompt disposal of complaints, a spokesperson of the chief minister's office has said here on Sunday. The PSPCL will expand the scope
of call centers and customer care service under the project of IT implementation in all 47 cities of the state that have a population of more than 30,000.
These customer care centres will run on software designed to monitors the requests right from registration to disposal.
