Prof RP Bambah, eminent mathematician and former vice-chancellor, Panjab University, will moderate this discussion.
Dean, University Instructions, Prof RK Kohli, former DUI Prof Bhupinder Singh Brar, PU alumnus Satpal Singh, Prof Jaspal Kang and Prof Manmohan Gupta will be the members of this panel discussion.
The audience will also be allowed to interact with the panel after the discussion.
Eminent historian and PU alumnus Professor Romila Thapar will deliver a lecture on 'Interpretation of Early Indian History'.
She is presently teaching at Jawahar Lal Nehru University in Delhi.
A one-hour cultural programme will round off the foundation day celebrations.
