Public health workers' union demand regularisation of daily wages

While addressing the gate rally, convener coordination committee, Rakesh Kumar, said Chandigarh administration had already agreed to regularise the daily wage and work charges of workers but till now it had not taken up any step to create new posts to regularise the daily wage of employees. The committee demanded immediate regularisation of daily wage employees.

The rally was also addressed by other leaders of the committee, including Balbir Chand, president, public health workers' union; Pardeep Mashi, Malkit Singh, Ajit Singh and Mohar Singh. All the leaders condemned the administration for not regularising the daily wage.
