Dr SS Pandav, professor of Ophthalmology at Advanced Eye Centre, will speak on “Challenges of living with glaucoma: What to expect and how to make best use of available treatments”. Glaucoma is a common cause of permanent visual loss. Early diagnosis and treatment can prevent blindness and 90% of glaucoma cases in the country are undetected due to lack of awareness.
